Covid 19 Updates

We are happy to inform you that we are a Tourism Gold Standard Recognized Tour Operator in Caye Caulker; which means that we have implemented all measures to mitigate any risks for our guests and employees. All our tours and sites have been designed within the safe corridor.

What to expect on tour?

• All tours will be guided by our licensed and trained tour guides
• You will be picked up and dropped off at your hotel dock
• Your temperature will be taken upon pick up at your hotel
• Boats are equipped with hand sanitizer which you will be required to use when embarking and disembarking the boat
• Masks/buffs are required at ALL times on the boat (excluding while eating/drinking)

Cancellation Policy

• Should you become symptomatic prior to the tour and are unable to take the tour, we will refund the full amount of your payment.
• If the captain cancels due to weather and we are unable to reschedule your trip, we will refund the full amount of your payment.
