About Us

Anglers Abroad was opened in 2004 by Haywood & Heidi Curry.   Haywood has spent the last 10 years scouring the flats around Caye Caulker and beyond for anything that swims.  Haywood and Heidi have been busy while living on Caye Caulker and have run a Fly Shop, Heidi was a dive instructor for two years, remodeled a Hotel and a house, built a house for his mom (twice  ), built a High school, started a High school and had two beautiful daughters.  Finally after ten years Haywood has earned his Tour Guide License and is ready to Guide you over his favourite flats.  Even if you just wat to fish the island solo Haywood is happy to point you in the right direction.
